All hail noble ladies and gentlemen!

Again some years have passed and it is time to continue with the chronicle. In the last few years we erected many new buildings in our colony, did a lot of investigation and worked on the map of the environment of our town. The work with the map has been become much easier since we have some scouts. Each colony of Tamar has such a scout who explores the territories on orders of their masters. Then the scout sends reports via messengers to the residency of his lord so that he can complete the maps. Our scout has already discovered several colonies and also visited them. As he reported he has been always welcomed friendly. We just had recently a visit from such a scout. Unfortunately he spoke a weird dialect so that we couldn't understand on which order he came.
Due to the fact that we had problems with the account of the taxes and building occupancy costs several times in the past, we combed through the construction plans and erected a bank. Therewith the financial means should be cleared correctly.
My master Alberich has been a guest in the new erected school in our place very often in the last time. He claims that he would just controll that the children leanr properly, but I assume more. As a former armorer he is not really an adept in writing, reading and calculating, so it seems like that he tries to adopt some new knowledge. Of course he wants to know what is happening under his regency in our little realm.
So now that we have first contact with other settler through our scouts, it won't take long till we can trade with other lordships. As we have caught, Lord Wolfen works on adequate regulations which should enable fair trade. With these words I want to close this page of chronicle, because just now a new report of our scout has arrived us and I have to amend the map.
